Refund Policy
FNTI Micro-credentials: Tuition and fees are collected in full upon registration. Payment options include: sponsorship letter on file, or learner pays full amount at time of registration.
Refunds for Micro-Credential Learners
The following refund policy applies to micro-credentials.
Learners who cancel their registration more than 15 business days prior to the micro-credential’s start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a non-refundable $75 administrative fee. After this 15-day period, no refunds will be issued for a cancelled registration.
Should FNTI need to cancel the delivery of a micro-credential, learners will be notified of cancelation and offered a full refund.
Any request for cancellation must be received in writing to admissions@fnti.net.
For learners who have received OSAP funding for their micro-credential and have received a refund for a micro-credential, it is the learners’ responsibility to coordinate with OSAP with regards to any repayments.
Micro-Credential Withdrawals
If a registered learner intends to withdraw from a micro-credential after the delivery has started, they must inform FNTI in writing to admissions@fnti.net. A grade of W will be entered on the transcript. In the case of a withdraw, a refund would not be issued.
